Have you lost your certificate – Don’t panic

We can arrange a reprint for you (only if you completed your training through www.rsarcg.com.au ).

If you have completed your training prior to 22 August 2011 with our company follow the steps below.

If you completed your training after the 22 August 2011 with our company just go to "Lost Interim Statement" page on this website and send a request. We will then email a copy of your "Interim Statement".

_If you have not completed your training with our company and it was in NSW you can go to www.olgr.nsw.gov.au for the list of N.S.W approved providers._

Here is our proccess to arrange a reprint -

  1. You complete the the application below.
  2. Hospitality Courses searches the training data and we advise you if you have completed the course with us or not. If – NO – you will have to contact the RTO you completed the course with. If – YES – we go to step 3.
  3. Certificate reprints are $40 each if payment is direct deposit OR $45 Credit Card payment.
  4. Once you have either – direct deposited to our business account- or paid by credit card we will reprint your certificate and mail it to you via Australia Post. If neccessay we can fax a copy to you prior to the mailout.

PLEASE NOTE:
We do not accept any responsibilty for Australia Post actions. We stamp all our envelopes with “ARTWORK DO NOT BEND”. You should receive a card in your letterbox saying you have an article at the Post Office – it will be your certificate.
